Weekend Extravaganza

Do you like the tree?

I wish it was in my home, but it’s our office tree.  It’s mine and Carlos’ duty to set it up and decorate.  We however recruited everyone downstairs and had a blast. I love my office and that it’s laid back, I swear I’ve never had so many days off for holidays or closed early just because.

I think we did a lovely job yesterday and it motivated me to hurry and get our tree up (Sunday’s project).  I had to run to the store yesterday, b/c some of the lights didn’t work.  Can you spot the white lights??

Yes, I wasn’t thinking and bought ”white”…my co-workers made fun of me (”white” lights at the bottom of the ”green” tree.) LMAO I couldn’t stop laughing either….my bad; now I know to double check when buying lights for my tree.

Chris is leaving for the Longhorns, ”BIG 12 Game” at the new Cowboys stadium and I will be at a wedding!  Wish I could be at two places tonight!

Workout, shopping, and getting ready to attend Cathy & Gary’s wedding.  I’ve got two dates for tonight also, I’m taking Carlos and Kari (bff) said I’m her date too; this should be interesting.

Weddings with close friends are always a blast. I think were all ready to celebrate and have a great time!!

Have a great Saturday!

What’s going on in your neck of the woods??

Your tree is fabulous- white lights and all! I love that your office is so fun- that’s the way work should be!!!

Sounds like an awesome weekend. I went out to the Christmas tree farm in Corinth today- it was sooo precious, and we got the perfect tree! We’re trimming it tomorrow… perhaps while watching one of my fave Christmas movies- Home Alone 2! Can’t help it, Macaulay Culkin is a Christmas tradition! ;)

Leah- Dining room sounds like a nice spot!!

A lazy morning, then work today.
Tomorrow is work then going out and getting a tree! Not sure where we are going to put it… the only rooms that it would fit is the dining room or our bedroom which just kinda seems odd.
