I always tend to push myself more during the week and ALWAYS take a rest day on either sat or sunday...and the day that I do work out on the weekends, its certaintly not as hard as I would be working during the week! nice job on the run, girl that awesome time! mmm wasa crackers are so good and hold up so well to anything spread on them, like your delicious sounding strawberry cream cheese!
