On a Subway Kick

So, I’m learning that all Subways are not the same! Some carry spinach, others carry avocado…really? can’t I just have both of my loves…at once. lol So, yesterday I had black forest ham w/ avocado!! First time and I must say avocado on a sub is the best thing in the world. Only found at the location down the st. from my house too! By my office: You can find, spinach, which is yummy! Today, I had Subway again…told you on a kick! :]

Breakfast:

  • instant oatmeal
  • raisins
  • pecans
  • brown sugar

Lunch:

  • 6” Turkey on wheat
  • cucumbers
  • tomatos
  • lettuce
  • salt & pepper
  • Light avacado
  • salt & vin chips….

Dinner:

  • spaghetti w/ ground turkey
  • slice of texas toast

Exercise:

Yoga w/ Steve Ross 1 hr session

Saturday with my Sweetie

I got up bright an early for a 30minute treadmill run and then off to look at Apts with my sweetie. We found the apt we want and will be moving next month. I really need to start packing..like ASAP!

Today’s Plan: Apt hunting, Lunch, Movie followed by Fro Yo and just catching up on Google reader! Have a great night everyone!!

Amazing Monday…

Lol, I’m trying to stay positive about this day…it was crazy at work. Trying to deal with clients and answering questions all day. I can’t wait for the end of the week to come. I start training for my new position and I get to train someone for my old job…Moving on up, to the Second Floor! I’ll be the Exec. Administrative Assist. to 4 people! That makes me nervous but I’m also so excited! Anyways today was OK, besides not getting enough sleep due to reading ”Eclipse”. Check out N Her Shoes, she has a awesome Giveaway for AMAZING GRASS! I’m dying to try this product. I ordered the sample packets yesterday too!

Breakfast:

  • Sausage biscuit
  • Orange Juice

Lunch: Jason’s Deli

  • Salad Bar TIME!!
  • Mixed greens
  • bell peppers
  • sprouts
  • sunflower seeds
  • carrots
  • cucumbers
  • onions
  • broc
  • feta cheese

I just can’t name everything.lo

Dinner:

  • baked pork chop
  • red potatoes
  • mixed veggies

Exercise: Yoga w/ Steve Ross 1 hour

Finding it extremely hard to get up at 545 to workout, so I’m off to bed ASAP after this entry!

Super Saturday

Waiting on my door step….. :]


Straight from Cali….My best friends Mom saw a face book status on how I was out of my Tj’s AB, from my AZ trip n March. We don’t have a Trader Joes in Texas & she moved to Cali last year. On my door step this morning a surprise package of NOT 1 BUT 2 JARS OF GLORIOUS AB!


Wow, I got some much needed sleep and woke up at 9am. This is late for me…on Saturdays. I do love my weekends off. I started the morning with some Quick Trouble Zones w/ Jillian (Exercise TV). I know I could finish this 45 min workout but I wasn’t into it at all. I managed to do 30 minutes and some yoga stretches on my own.

Breakfast:

  • 2 scrambled eggs w/ bell peppers
  • 1 whole banana w/ Almond Butter
  • Light vanilla low fat yogurt
  • Mason Jar of OJ

Lunch:

Inspired by Paulina at Veggie Delight, Vegan Mock Tuna! I’m makig a quick run to the grocery store for spinach & flat out wrap to put it in! I taste tested a spoon of it and its awesome. I had left over chickpeas sitting in the freezer I hadn’t used and didn’t feel like making hummus with it. Check out her page guys! Along with some Veggies and crackers…sorry had no wheat just white. lol

PS. I’m uploading pics today. I found the cord but my comp has a virus! :( Off to Chris apt. to use his laptop!

Girls Nite Out with two friends; Studio Movie Grill to see The Proposal!
I had a big basket of sweet potato fries and a Michelob Ultra…my cheat day! Have a great night! Dinner was the same as lunch…can’t get enough of the Mock Tuna!
