I love all aspects of fitness. My main two passions are running and yoga. Running is something I have done since middle school; being on the track team while in high school. Yoga is a practice I took up over a year go. I love both forms of fitness and I’m always interested to learn new things.

  • Thursday-Nov 12/ 45 min cardio/ 3 mile evening
  • Friday- Nov 13/ 3 mile run/walk, 45min upper/lower body
  • Saturday Nov 14/ 1 hr Yoga, 3 mile walk
  • Sunday- Rest
  • Monday-Nov 16/ 3 mile run/ 30 crunches, 30 pushups,10 planks
  • Tuesday-Nov 17/Upper body workout
  • Wednesday-Nov 18/3 Mile run
  • Thursday-Nov 19/45  min cardio 3 mile run
  • Friday-Nov 20/ 3 mile run/walk
  • Saturday-Nov 21/ 1hour Yoga
  • Sunday-Nov 22/ 45 min cardio
  • Monday- Nov 23/45min cardio, 30min Yoga
  • Tuesday-Nov 24/ 3 miles, 45 minute cardio dance salsa
  • Wednesday-Nov 25/Office Workout, 3 mile run/walk, 45 min cardio
  • Thursday- Nov 25/1 hr Yoga
  • Friday-Nov 26/ 3 miles
