Lazy Reading

Whenever the schools close due to weather, my office will close.  Hopefully, we can return to work tomorrow. Not sure I could handle three days snowed in, especially when the roads are bad and we’re stuck indoors.

Luckily, we’re not experiencing rolling blackouts on my side of town.. I hear it’s state wide…eeeeck!

How’s the weather in your area, anyone else snowed in?

Happy Wednesday.

You can never go wrong with a big pile of magazines!

Sounds like a perfect way to spend a cold day. I’m one of those people that the snowed in folks hate-we’re experiencing record highs on the Cali coast. It was in the 70s today. It’s colder now that the sun is down. Call me crazy though, but in February…I think I’d at least like the colder days. We get plenty of hot weather and I like the lazy cold days.

We were snowed in for three days here in Missouri! They called it a blizzard but I’ve seen worse storms here that were just called snow storms. However, ten inches is no joke!

I wish we had snow days!!! No matter how much snow we get (even up to waist high) or how cold it gets (-40 anyone?) we still don’t close schools. It has never, ever happened.

We had snow/wet rain, it was not bad but not nice at the same time. Prefer to have all snow than the wet rain. Unfortunately we did not have a snow day

Wow, I had no idea there was snow in Texas too. Seems like everyone is getting it.

We had ice shower down upon us, so I feel your pain!

I love how you roll…that is exactly what I would do on a snow day lol

You know just the right way to enjoy a snow day! You can never have enough reads and hot sips as well ;) I included my new feed below. For some reason I never realized that no one was seeing my updated blog posts on Google Reader. Haha. Silly me!

Hope you get back to work tomorrow. I hate being stuck in as well!!

Looks like a pretty fabulous snow day to me! The mocha looks delivious :) It’s pretty rough here in Boston too! Luckily I work from home, so it’s business as usual :)

I’m in Chicago and we are snowed in in every sense of the word. There’s about 20 inches of snow covering our doors and windows. So I’ve got my cell, chai tea, and a few magazines, and some school work thrown about. I’m in no hurry to go outside today or tomorrow!

I love lazy reading! Why does a stack of magazines ALWAYS look so appealing?!

Sounds like a nice relaxing day at least ;-)
