I started my morning off right by lacing up my tennis shoes and turning on my dvd to The Firm: Total Body Crunch. I did not want to jump out of the bed at all, but I pushed myself and kept thinking ”You can do it lazy bones”
After a good 25 min workout I fixed some sweets to eat:
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Peace granola
- Oikos
- Whole Grain Cinnamon Raisin Bread!


I’m liking this whole wheat cinnamon bread too!
Lunch today was a wrap filled with mustard, greens, tomatoes, feta and turkey!

Wrapped up with some carrots and apples to go to work. oh! can’t forget the Oikos YUMMY!

As for dinner, I just can’t say yet….b/c I’m clueless about what to make. I’m thinking something with cheese and chicken, we shall see.
