For the past couple months i have been into fitness blogs and food blogs. I’m definitely enjoying reading them on a daily basis. So, I have decided to try it out and write my own fitness blog. I’ll be taking pictures of what I eat and also blogging about my exercise too. My goal right now is to lose 30 lbs. by my 26th birthday, which is in Feb. I plan to hold myself accountable and work hard to achieve this goal.
With that said…wish me luck !

EXERCISE:
30 minutes of Tae-bo, Squats and crunches
MEALS:
Breakfast: oatmeal, banana
Lunch: baked chicken and rice
Dinner: Baked chicken
Snack: popcorn
